Change brightness online

Open the Adobe Photoshop CS3 program. Go to the menu on the left side of the screen and click on "File." Click on "Open" and select the image file you want to work on.



Click on the "Image" option at the top of the menu bar. Select "Image" - "Adjustments" and "Brightness and Contrast." Click on this option. A dialog box opens.


Change the brightness of the image by moving the sliders in different directions. Moving the slider to the left will make the image darker, and moving it to the right will make it brighter. Set the desired brightness settings and move on to contrast.


Change the contrast of the image by moving the histogram slider in different directions, in the same way as for brightness. Determine the right contrast settings for your image. Once you have adjusted the contrast, go to "File". Select "Save As" and save the modified image.
